Developed in Germany and refined in China, the Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK) is a modern coal-based hybrid firing system. By combining fuel injection with external firing in highly insulated chambers, it drastically reduces energy consumption and pollution while producing uniform, high-strength auto bricks.
Fusing Forced Draft Tunnel Kiln (FDTK) technology with 16–34+ insulated chambers and paper dampers, our HHK facility achieves a green brick capacity of 50,000 bricks per day (15 million annually)—replacing 7.5 traditional energy-inefficient kilns with international quality standards.
